Change email signature in Outlook
If you want to change your email signature in Outlook or create a new one, it's very easy. Although the feature is somewhat hidden, you don't have to look far for it.
Change or create new email signature in Outlook
Use the following procedure to change the signature or create a new one.
- Click "File" in the top left.
- Then select "Options" in the sidebar.
- In the new window, click on "E-Mail" on the left.
- Under the "Compose message" area, you will find the "Signatures ..." button (see picture).
- If you have not yet created a signature, you can do so by clicking on "New".
- Enter the name of your signature.
- You can now enter your signature in the lower text field and format it as you wish.
- At the top right, select the email account to which the signature should be applied. There you can also specify whether you only want to use the signature for new messages or also for replies and forwardings.
