If you fly with Emirates, you can also get WiFi high above the clouds for your smartphone. In this practical tip, we show you what costs for WLAN are incurred.
Emirates Airline: Costs and information about WiFi
- Wi-Fi is initially free of charge at Emirates. A data volume of 20 MB is available to each passenger over a period of two hours. If you have used up the volume, the connection is disconnected.
- If you would like to continue to be online, you can buy access for $ 10. You will then receive a volume of 150 MB. You get 500 MB for $ 16.
- WLAN is always free in First Class and Business Class. In Economy Class, WiFi for members of Emirates Skyward is also free or discounted, depending on the category.
- WiFi is available on all flights with an A380. Flying a Boeing 777 will most likely have WiFi on board. With some Boeing, however, the WLAN is missing.
