Eteleon: Switch off the mailbox - how it works

If you don't want to use Eteleon's mailbox, you can turn it off with a simple command. We'll show you how it's done.

Switch off the mailbox at Eteleon

• Open the phone app on your smartphone and call number ## 002 #.
• After a short wait you will receive a confirmation of the deactivation. A caller can no longer speak to your mailbox.
• If you would like to switch the mailbox on again at a later time, dial ** 004 * 333 #.
