If you want to copy conditional formatting to another cell in Excel, you do not have to enter it again and again. We'll show you how it's done.

- Click the cell that contains the conditional formatting that you want to copy.
- Under the "Start" tab you will find a button with a brush at the top left. If you select the brush, your mouse pointer changes into it.
- Now click on the top cell you want to format. Then drag the mouse pointer over all other cells that are also to be formatted.
- To finish formatting, press the "Esc" key on your keyboard.
