Excel: Send table as PDF
You can send an Excel spreadsheet as a PDF by email. You can do this directly from the program and by first saving the table as a PDF. Our instructions will help you with this.
Send Excel spreadsheet as PDF
To send the table directly from the program, you need a mail program such as Outlook.
- Open the file menu using the button at the top left and select "Send"> "PDF E-Mail Attachment".
- Enter recipients and possibly a message in your mail program and click on "Send".
Save table as PDF
If you do not have a mail program, you can save the table as a PDF and then send it as an attachment:
- Open the file menu as described above and select "Save as".
- Now select "PDF" as the file type.
- Save the file and send it as an attachment to your mail.
