Print Excel table with lines - how it works
With a few clicks you can also print an Excel spreadsheet with lines. This then gives you a better overview in your tables. In this practical tip, we will show you how it works.
How to print an Excel spreadsheet with lines
The following steps refer to Microsoft Excel 2007. However, they also work similarly for other versions of Excel.
- Start Excel on your computer.
- Select the "Page layout" tab and then click on "Print title" in the "Page setup" area (see screenshot).
- A new window opens in which you click on the "Table" tab - often "sheet" for other versions.
- Select the "Gridlines" and "Row and Column Headings" check boxes. You can also make individual decisions based on your needs.
- Then click on "Print ..." and start the process with "Ok".
