Report a complaint to Expedia before and during the trip
You can send your complaint to Expedia directly before and during your vacation:
- Expedia accepts complaints prior to departure by calling 069 945 19 23 20 (at the domestic rate for calls from Germany).
- The hotline can be reached every day between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
Submit a hotel and vacation complaint to Expedia
If you have a complaint after the trip, another contact is suitable for you:
- Here you can only contact us by email to " ". Please enter "Complaint after the end of the trip" as subject.
- In order to deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, in addition to the description, the travel plan number, the travel dates and your contact details are important to Expedia. If you have pictures of the incident, you can also send them along.
- You should receive an answer within 48 hours.
