Share Facebook posts with WhatsApp contacts

Facebook gave its app an update a long time ago, which you can use to share individual posts with your Whatsapp contacts. We'll show you exactly how it works.

Share Facebook posts - Here's how

Facebook has integrated a share button for WhatsApp in a preliminary version for Android (version 31.0.0.7.13). However, the feature is only being rolled out gradually. The feature is still not available for most users in Germany. If the update appears, proceed as follows:

1. Open the Facebook app and find the post you want to share.
2. As usual, you will see the "Like", "Share" and "Comment" options below this. There is now a WhatsApp button on the right (see photo).
3. Tap on it and select the desired WhatsApp contact to share the post.

Facebook offers you completely different options. For example, you can delete your activity log and hide Ray-Ban spam.
