In this practical tip, we will show you which link you can use to reach your own profile on Facebook. You can also send this link to refer other users to their profiles.
Link to your own Facebook profile
If you enter the link "//www.facebook.com/profile.php" in the address line, you will get to your own Facebook profile. The link is useful for different scenarios:
- If you would like to show a friend something on his Facebook profile, you can simply send him the link above. No matter who should call up their own profile, the link always remains the same.
- If you want to allow yourself a joke on your homepage, just link any keyword to "//www.facebook.com/profile.php". For example, send each of your visitors to their own profile if you want to point them out to "a strange network discovery".
- To give the link some expression, you can add any letter and number combination. For example, the link could be "//www.facebook.com/profile.php?Maximilian-Mustermann-1992". However, you must add a question mark in front of the numbers and letters.
