Manage favorites in Safari
Your favorites are referred to as "bookmarks" in the Safari browser and are displayed under the website address. Managing them is no problem: with just a few clicks you can delete bookmarks or create folders. We show you how to do it using the example of Safari for Mac.
How to manage your Safari favorites
Create folders for your bookmarks, create a better overview and work better with your favorites. To do this, you have to start Safari on your Mac and click on "Bookmarks" in the top menu bar. Now a window opens with various options (see picture).
- If you click on "Show all bookmarks", you will see your currently saved favorites. You can delete them by right-clicking / clicking with two fingers.
- If you want to add a little more order and structure to your bookmarks, select "Add bookmark folder". Now a folder appears in the left bar. Name it, add more and drag and drop your bookmarks into the appropriate folder.
- To change the order of your bookmarks, simply drag the individual favorites to the desired position.
