Use TV as a monitor - you should know that
- Connections: First make sure that your TV has the right connections. To connect it to the PC, either an HDMI or DVI connection must be available.
- Graphics card: In order to achieve the best possible results, you should use a current graphics card and have the latest driver installed.
- Gaming: A television with a good resolution is also perfect for gaming. Resolution and response time are often better than with PC monitors: less than 10 milliseconds response times are often standard.
- A frequency of 100 Hertz is ideal for gaming. But less Hertz can also be seen.
- Input lag: Some televisions have a certain input lag, i.e. a time delay when they are transmitted to the screen. However, this is displayed individually.
