Cancel Fielmann glasses insurance

If you no longer wish to use Fielmann's glasses insurance, you can cancel the contract at any time. We'll show you how it's done.

Canceling glasses insurance at Fielmann: You need to know that

• The contract term for the glasses insurance is 12 months. The notice period is one month.
• If you do not cancel at least one month before the end of the term, the contract is extended by a further 12 months. The insurance will then be canceled at the end of the new term.
• The date of cancellation is the date on which the insurance company receives the cancellation. If you send the cancellation by post, you should allow at least two more days.

• The easiest way to cancel is with the Aboalarm service. Simply enter your name, address and insurance number here. You will then be sent a letter of termination.
• Aboalarm sends the cancellation directly to the insurance company by fax for a fee of EUR 3.49. Alternatively, you can download the cancellation free of charge and send it yourself.
