FIFA 16: shoot penalties - the best tips and tricks
Penalties often lead to the goal, but not always - so also in FIFA 16. We'll tell you the best tips and tricks for penalty shootouts in this article.
Shooting a penalty in FIFA 16: tips and tricks
- Choose a shooter with the highest possible penalty precision for penalties. You can set a standard shooter before the game under "Team Management" and change it immediately before the penalty during the match.
- Press the shot button exactly when the small arrow at the bottom left of the screen is in the green area of the shot display.
- Charge the shot about 50 to 70 percent. If there is too little power, the shot will be too lax, if it is too strong, it will often land on the post or next to the goal.
- Aim with the control stick at the corner you want to shoot during the shot. Do not leave the stick pressed too long, otherwise the ball will miss or go over the goal.
- If the tap is too short, the penalty will be too central so that the goalkeeper can keep it relatively easy. You need some practice to get a feel for the correct shot strength and direction.
