The basics of the career mode in FIFA 16 are similar to that of its predecessor. EA has, however, donated a few innovations to the latest offshoot of the FIFA series.
- In FIFA 16's career mode, there are preparatory tournaments during the season breaks. By doing well, you can improve your transfer budget and sign up new players.
- A lot has happened in terms of transfers. Among other things, short-term loans are possible for a period of six months. Currently unemployed players can also be committed during the season. EA has also adjusted the frequency of top transfers.
- In individual player training, you can select five soccer players each game week and improve them in a targeted manner.
FIFA 16: Further changes in career mode
- Special events of the season are processed under the heading "Story of the Season" based on statistics and comments by Frank Buschmann and Wolff-Christoph Fuss.
- In friendlies, you can change players as often as you like in FIFA 16's career mode.
