FIFA 18 stadiums: all new and old venues
FIFA 18 has a host of new stadiums. In this game article you can read which arenas are playable and which have been removed.
FIFA 18: these are the new venues
- With the rise of Huddersfield Town to the Premier League, the 24, 500-seat Kirkless Stadium was reimplemented in FIFA 18.
- The same applies to the football club from the south west of England, Brighton & Hove Albion. The newcomer plays in the Amex Stadium, which can also be found in the game. So EA offers the player this year as well as the complete compilation at venues of the first English league.
- Also new is the Wanda Metropolitano, the home stadium of Atletico Madrid. After moving out of the old Vicente Calderon, the Madrid working club now plays in the former Olympic Stadium. EA immediately modeled it and inserted it into FIFA 18.
- The fans of LA Galaxy should be happy. As of this year, their home venue will be the FIFA StubHub Center. It is only the second officially licensed stadium from the USA after the Seattle Sounders Centurylink Field.
FIFA 18: Bitter pill for all BVB fans
- The yellow-black FIFA gamers have to carry a particularly heavy load this season. Reason: The Signal Iduna Park is not included in this year's edition of the game.
- Konami secured the exclusive rights to the stadium. You can only see BVB's home in Pro Evolution Soccer.
- You have to be satisfied with 5 official Bundesliga turf. These are the Allianz Arena in Bavaria, the Borussia Park by Borussia Mönchengladbach, the Olympic Stadium by Hertha BSC, the Volkspark Stadium by Hamburger SV and the Veltins Arena, home of FC Schalke 04.
- There is hope for next year. The license to use the Signal Iduna Park is one year.
If you have already selected your favorite stadium, all that is missing is the perfect camera setting in FIFA 18 to be able to enjoy the game to the fullest.
