Fitbit: delete account - how it works
If you'd like to delete your Fitbit account, it's pretty easy and quick. We show you step by step how to proceed.
Delete customer account at Fitbit
Unlike many other services, you cannot delete your Fitbit account yourself. Instead, you must contact support.
- To do this, open the Fitbit website and click on "E-Mail Support".
- Always click on "Not sure" at the bottom right to skip the product query.
- Once you have reached the bottom, you will find another button labeled "E-Mail Support".
- You can now make your request to delete the account here. Your message will be sent via the "Send" button.
- After a few days, you will receive an email from customer service confirming that your account has been deleted.
