FitX card lost - you can do that
If you have lost your FitX card, you should report this to customer service as soon as possible. The card will then be blocked and you will receive a new copy. We show you how to do it.
FitX card lost - so you can reach customer service
To report your FitX card as lost, you must contact the FitX customer service by phone or email. Give your customer number (if known) or your name and your date of birth to identify yourself. Your card will then be blocked and you can apply for a new card in one of the studios. The reissue costs 29 euros. How to contact customer service:
