FLAC files are particularly suitable for music CDs. In this article we will show you how to burn the lossless files to a CD.
CDBurnerXP: Burn FLAC files to music CD
The free "CDBurnerXP" is a very simple and slim burning program with which you can burn numerous audio formats to CD. This also includes the lossless FLAC container.
- Install the "CDBurnerXP" program. Alternatively, you can also use the portable version.
- When you start the burning program, you will find the range of functions for the CD and DVD types in the main window. Select "Audio CD" and click "OK". Now insert the blank CD into the drive.
- Now you have to add the FLAC files. Simply drag the files from the built-in Explorer into the lower field. The capacity of the CD is shown in the lower area. 80 minutes of music fit on a conventional disc. Finally click on "Burn"
