You cannot connect your account to Google Plus on Flickr. The other way around, however:
- To do this, go to this Google Plus website.
- There, click on the "Connect account" drop-down menu.
- Now select "Flickr" here.
- Then enter your Flickr account name or Flickr profile link.
- Finally, confirm the link using the "Add" button.
