Contact Flixbus: via hotline, email and social media
Regardless of whether you want to find out more about journeys, submit a complaint or order a voucher - the Flixbus / MeinFernbus customer service is available around the clock for all questions and problems. You can choose between three ways of contact:
- Hotline: The fastest way to contact a Flixbus employee is by calling +49 (0) 30 300 137 300 free of charge. However, please note that the costs for a call from the mobile network may vary.
- Email: Alternatively, contact support using the free online form. Enter your personal data here and describe your request. You will usually receive an answer within a few hours.
- Facebook: Finally, you can reach the Flixbus employees via Facebook. Here you can either send a private message or post your request to the Flixbus Chronicle. You will usually receive an answer after just a few minutes.
Flixbus support for lost and forgotten items
Flixbus has introduced its own lost property office for forgotten things on the bus. You can only contact them in writing using a special form. When filling in, pay particular attention to the following principles:
- Enter your personal data as well as the data of your trip with the Flixbus absolutely detailed and correct. This is the only way that customer service can check your identity and find the item.
- In the last two fields you can describe your lost item. Enter as much information as possible here so that customer service can really find your thing. Information on the color, size and, if applicable, content of the item is particularly helpful. Special features such as a serial number or other abnormalities also help. This is how you show that the object really belongs to you.
