Fonic: Have the SIM card exchanged - how it works
If you want to exchange your Fonic SIM card because you currently have the wrong card size for your smartphone, you can do it conveniently online at Fonic. You can find out how to do this in this practical tip.
Fonic: How to exchange your SIM card
- You can only apply for a new SIM card if you already have a Fonic SIM card.
- To do this, log in under "My Fonic Login" on the official Fonic website.
- If, for example, you need a nano SIM, you must click on the "Replacement / Nano SIM card" tab.
- Fonic only offers you triple SIM cards: you order a card that you can adapt to your card size at home. You can use them as mini, micro or nano cards.
- The new SIM card should be in your mailbox at the latest after three working days.
- After receiving the card, all you have to do is activate it under "My Fonic Login".
- If you have a functioning old SIM card and only want to reduce it to a micro or nano card, you can also cut your SIM card yourself.
