- If you open the Epic Games Launcher, you can either update or start Fortnite with a green button.

- Open the control panel.
- Select "Network and Internet" and click here on "Network and Sharing Center".
- Here click on "Change adapter settings" on the left.
- Right click your internet connection and open "Properties".
- Select the entry "Internet Protocol, Version 4 (TCP / IPv4)" and click on "Properties" below.
- Activate "Use the following DNS server addresses".
- Enter "Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8" and "Alternative DNS server: 8.8.4.4" and save with "OK".
