Fyve: No network - what to do?
If you don't have a network at Fyve, it's either because of your cell phone or Fyve itself. We'll show you how to solve the problem in any case.
No connection with Fyve - it could be because of that
- On the website "AlleSt Stör.de" you will find current news about the mobile operator. If other users also have a reception problem, you will find several entries here.
- To the right of the map and in the comments below, you can find more information on the current spread of the problem. In such cases, wait a few hours for Fyve to correct the error.
- If there are hardly any messages here, there is probably no fault at Fyve. You can find out what to do in the next paragraph.
No network at Fyve - that can help
- Switch your smartphone off completely and restart it. Small errors in the buffer are thus deleted. Then wait a few minutes for your phone to find the network.
- If the problem persists, remove the SIM card and carefully clean it.
- There may also be no network at Fyve at your current location. Try to connect in a different location and at best in the open air.
- If all of this does not help, contact Fyve customer service. You can reach them by phone on 01807 543012 for 14 cents per minute from the German landline.
