Ingenious pizza trick: that's why you should always order the largest pizza
If you like to order a pizza, you can quickly make money. However, there is a little trick on how you can save money. And in the long run there is a nice little bucket.
Pay less for pizza - with this trick you can do it
Those who can calculate have a clear advantage - this is noticeable with every purchase. But it's not just the special offers that you should pay attention to.
- For example, if you like to organize a pizza at lunchtime, you should go for the provider's largest pizzas in the future. Don't do it alone, just share it with colleagues. Alternatively, eat half at noon and the other half in the evening.
- The reason for this measure is very simple: A large pizza is usually significantly cheaper than a small one, since the price does not increase proportionally with the size of the pizza.
- You can easily determine whether this is also the case with the pizza maker you trust by comparing the area difference of the pizzas in relation to the price difference. Use the area formula of the circle for the calculation: A = PI * Radius ^ 2.
- The easiest way to compare large and small pizzas is to calculate the price per square centimeter. To do this, divide the price in euros by the area previously calculated. In most cases, this will result in a smaller value for the big pizza - so you get more pizza for less money.
