Return the deposit and empties at Getnow

Via Getnow you can order groceries in several major German cities (to the delivery area). The delivery service works with the wholesaler METRO and therefore offers a particularly wide range. You can have drinks delivered up to a maximum of six boxes per order.

• You can hand over empties that you still have at home to the driver on delivery. However, there are some restrictions.
• Getnow only takes back completely empty or completely full beverage crates. In addition, you can only return as many boxes as you received with the current order. If drinks were not included in your order, you cannot return empties.
• It is important that the boxes are sorted. That means: Only the bottles that were originally delivered in it may be in the box.
• You will be refunded the deposit for the empties on the way you paid for the current order. This can be, for example, PayPal or your credit card.
