Hearty recipes: seasoning with Giersch
Instead of simply plucking and throwing away Giersch, you can use the leaves of the plant as a spice. Giersch's taste is reminiscent of spinach in cooked dishes. Raw is similar to Giersch parsley, which is why the plant is a good alternative. You can use Giersch in the following recipes:

Making pesto from Giersch: how it works
