Gigaset phone no longer works - what to do?
- First remove the base station from the power and unplug all cables. Then reconnect the device to the power and plug the phone into the base station.
- In addition, remove the battery and insert it again. Only rechargeable batteries and no batteries may be used in the Gigaset telephone.
- Connect another telephone to your line to check whether the fault is with the Gigaset telephone or with your connection.
- There can be numerous causes for a defect on the Gigaset phone. If your problem has not yet been solved, you can contact Gigaset customer service with a detailed description.
- If incorrect settings have been made, you can simply reset the phone to the factory settings. To do this, open the "System" category in the "Settings" and start the "Moilteil-Reset".
