Rotate text in gimp
Use the symbol with the black "A" to create a text field in Gimp. After you have entered your information there, you can turn the field:
- To do this, click on the "Layer" entry in the menu bar while the text field is selected.
- Then select the "Rotate as required" option under "Transformation".
- In the new window, enter the desired angle of rotation under "Angle". Alternatively, use the slider below.
- If you are satisfied with the result in the preview, click on "Rotate" to finally rotate the text.
We will show you how to bend your text and frame it with a frame in further practical tips. This article is based on Gimp 2.8.14.
