1. Tip for GMX Mail: Set up signature
- To avoid having to manually add your signature to every email, you can set it to be inserted automatically. To do this, click on "Settings" at the bottom left and select the "To Settings" button under "E-Mail".
- Your personal signature can be set up under "Write email". Confirm the changes by clicking on "Save".
2. Tip for GMX Mail: Change mailbox color
- To change the color of your mailbox, call up the settings as described in the first tip.
- Click on "Design" at the bottom of the term "Homepage".
- You can choose between a blue, turquoise, purple, dark blue, light green and purple design. Confirm the changes by clicking the "Save & Close" button.
3. Tip for GMX Mail: Unsubscribe from advertising emails
- In order to unsubscribe from the GMX advertising mails, open the settings again and search for the item "Newsletter".
- Click on "Best Price Info" and "GMX Magazine", select "No" and confirm with "Save". Optionally, the birthday offers can also be deactivated.

- To set up a distribution list, select the "Distribution list" option in the settings. Then click on "Create new distribution list".
- Choose a name for the distribution list and indicate whether it is a private or public distribution list. You can add the desired recipients using the "Add e-mail address" button.

- If you create different folders into which you can sort your emails, it will be easier for you to keep track of the daily flood of emails. To do this, click on "Email" in the top bar.
