Install Google Chrome on Ubuntu - Here's how
You can also install Google Chrome on Ubuntu. In this tip, we explain how you can best do this.

You can find the Linux version of Google Chrome in our download area.
- You will now be redirected to a Google page, where you click on the "Download Chrome" button.
- Now, depending on your computer system, select the option 32 or 64 bit for Debian / Ubuntu and confirm with "Accept and install".
- You are now offered to open the file with / usr / bin / software-center. Confirm with "OK".
- in the software center click on "Install" on the right.
- When the installation is finished, you can start Chrome from the Dash as usual.
Alternatively, you can also open a terminal and switch to your download window using the "cd" command. Then enter the command "sudo dpkg -install installfile.deb" (without quotes) in the terminal.
