Back up personal information in Google+
With the Google data tools you can determine yourself which data you want to back up and which not:
- To do this, log into your account and then click on your profile picture at the top right. Select the entry "Account".
- Select the menu item "Data Tools" above. Now you have to click on "Select data to download" on the right (see photo).
- Now you see an overview of the services from which you can create a backup. Select "Create Archive" to continue.
- Now you can individually set the service from which you want to download your data. You can also define individual file formats yourself. For example, Google contacts can be archived as CSV, HTML or vCard, or only certain Google calendars can be exported.
- When you are finished with all settings, click on "Create archive" at the top. After a short time, press "Download" to download your data.
You can also back up your data on Facebook, we will tell you how.
