"Google Docs" is a full text editing program. Inserting headers is also no problem with the web app, as our practical tip shows you.
How to insert a header in "Google Docs"
- Start "Google Docs" and create a text document or open a previously saved file.
- Move over "Insert" in the menu bar and then click on "Header" (see picture). Below this you will also find the option to insert a "footer".
- Your document now has a header, the border of which is marked by a gray line.
- Write individual words or sentences in the header and then click in the text below to return to the normal text field.
- If you would like to make changes in the header later, simply click on the header.
Tip: You can also use Google Docs to create surveys.
