• App status dashboard: Google also has its own website for fault reports. Here you can see all Google services and their failures in a list. If there is an error, you can find more detailed information about the failure here.
• If Google Hangouts is down, there is only one thing left to do: wait. As a rule, the service can be reached again after a few minutes or hours.
