Google Inbox: Postpone mails to later
If you want to edit an email in Google Inbox later, you can move the message to the desired appointment. We'll show you how.
Postpone emails in Google Inbox by Gmail
- Open the mail and tap the clock icon at the top. In the Inbox app, you can simply swipe from right to left in the mail overview.
- Select one of the given times or enter your own date and time below.
- With the "Select location" option, you can set a specific location on your smartphone. If you approach the location, you will be reminded of the email.
- Via the "Sometime" button, the email is placed in the "Moved" folder. All messages that you mark for later end up here.
In the next practical tip, we will show you how to create a reminder in Google Inbox.
