Google Calendar: Add document to appointment - how it works
You can add a document to an appointment in Google Calendar and then easily access it at any time. We explain how it works.
Google Calendar: Add Document (Classic View)
If you use the classic view of the Google Calendar, you can attach a document to an appointment in this way:
- Open the Google Calendar.
- Select the desired appointment and click on "Edit". Alternatively, create a new appointment.
- Then click on "Add attachment".
- Either add a document or other file from Google Drive or upload it from your computer.
- When you have selected the correct document, click on "Select" or "Upload".
- Save your appointment to apply the changes.
Google Calendar: Add Document (Modern View)
If you're already using the new Google Calendar view, the procedure is similar:
- Open the Google Calendar in your browser.
- Create a new appointment or open the edit view of an existing appointment.
- Click the paper clip icon at the bottom of the view.
- Select the desired file from Google Drive or your computer.
- Click "Select" to apply the file.
- Finally save your appointment.
