Google Calendar: event deleted - what to do?
If you accidentally deleted an important appointment from the Google Calendar, the entry is not permanently lost. We'll show you how to restore it here.

Google Calendar - restore deleted appointments with the Java program "Undelete Events"
If you believe Google, a deleted appointment can no longer be easily restored if it has been deleted and the link to undo is no longer displayed. Fortunately, that's not true. The developer Dominique Andre Gunia (CalenGoo) offers a practical Java program for the recovery of deleted appointments on his homepage. To use this, the Java Runtime Environment must be installed on your system.
- Open the link //www.calengoo.com/webstartUndeleteEvents/undeleteevents.jnlp in your web browser and download the file.
- Start the "undeleteevents.jnlp" file. You may need to adjust the Java security settings for the program to work.
- Enter your email address and your Google password in the appropriate fields. Then click on the "Sign In" button.
- The program now shows you the calendars that are assigned to your account. Select the calendar in which you deleted the appointment.
- You will now see an overview of all appointments that have been deleted recently. Select the appointment you want to restore and click "Undelete". You can also mark several appointments and then restore them at the same time.
- Update the Google Calendar in your browser.
