Google Calendar: Copy appointment
If you copy an appointment in Google Calendar, you can either transfer it to another calendar unchanged or create a new entry based on the appointment. Only a few clicks are required for this.
How to copy appointments in Google Calendar
- Double-click the calendar entry to be copied to open the edit view. Alternatively, click once on the appointment and then select "Edit".
- At the top of the view is a dropdown list labeled "More Actions". Select "Duplicate appointment" here.
- You can then edit the appointment as you wish and then save it. If you want to copy the appointment to another calendar, you can also select "Copy to ..." from the dropdown list followed by the name of the calendar.
