Google Maps on iPhone: Enter a stopover

With Google Maps on iPhone, you can also add stopovers. You can do this without interrupting the navigation. We show you how to use the feature.

iPhone: Add stopovers to Google Maps

1. Start route planning as usual.
2. Tap the magnifying glass icon in the top right.
3. You can now search from standard destinations such as restaurants or petrol stations or enter a location in the search function.
4. The destinations and the destination are shown on the map. Tap the desired stopover to add it to the route planning.
