Create a public event on Google Maps
The function of creating a public event in the Google Maps app is currently being tested. Therefore, it is not yet available to every user.
- Open the Maps app and tap the menu button in the top left. If you find the "Events" tab under "My contributions", you can add a public event directly.
- With a title, address, date, description and website, you can share the event with others or discover events that others have created.
- After you publish an event, it is not immediately available to other users. A few minutes to hours pass before your contribution is released for everyone.
- As soon as the new Google function is available to everyone or receives innovations, we will keep you up to date here.
