Unfortunately there is no direct way to transfer a route created with Google Maps in the web browser to the smartphone or tablet - but it still works with a little trick:
- Create the desired route on the PC.
- Copy the complete link from the address line of the browser to the clipboard. Now send the link to your mobile device, for example as an email or via pushbullet.
- Tap the link on your mobile device and open it with the Maps app. You may need to set Maps as the default app the first time.
