Google Nexus 9: WiFi does not work - what to do?
If your Nexus 9 does not work, there is no need to worry. We show how you can get the WLAN up and running again quickly.
WiFi on Nexus 9 doesn't work - you can do that
Review the following suggested solutions one by one to start using the WiFi on your Nexus tablet again:
- Try activating flight mode for a few seconds. Then briefly deactivate the WLAN connection and after a short time dial back into the WLAN network.
- You can also disconnect the router from the power for about 30 seconds. This often helps with connection problems.
- Go to the settings of your tablet and then to "Wireless & networks"> "WLAN". Delete your entries here and then connect to the network again.
- There may also be a frequency conflict. Change again to "Wireless & Network"> "WLAN" settings and tap on the menu button. Select "Advanced" here and change the settings under "Frequency band" to 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz.
- The conflict with the frequency can also originate from the router. Therefore change the frequency settings in your router.
