Google Play services has ended - what to do?
If the message "Google Play Services has ended" appears in the Play Store, the app can no longer be operated. We'll show you how to solve the problem.
Play Store error: Google Play services has stopped
- Open the "Settings" app on your Android smartphone and look for the "Apps" category or the "Application manager".
- Select the "Google Play Services" application here and tap the "Force stop" button at the top.
- Additionally tap on the buttons "Uninstall updates" as well as "Clear cache" and "Clear data".
- Note: If the problem persists, repeat the steps for the Google Play Store application.
- Then restart your smartphone.
