Delete Google Play Newsstand on Android
To completely delete the Google Play kiosk, you need root access to your Android smartphone. However, we do not recommend inexperienced users to this guide. If you don't feel 100 percent safe with your device, you should follow the instructions in the next paragraph.

Disable Google Play kiosk without root
Much safer and easier, disable the application. In this way, you free up a little space and hide the tool from your home screen, but the app remains hidden in your system.
- Open the Settings app on your smartphone.
- Scroll down and open the menu item "Apps" or "Application Manager".
- Search for "Google Play Newsstand" in the "All" category.
- Press the "Clear data", "Clear cache", "Uninstall updates" buttons and then "Deactivate".
