- First, make sure your smartphone is connected to the internet before you start streaming music.
- To be able to stream music via Google Play Music, your Google account may only be set up and logged in on a smartphone.
- It is often sufficient to sign out of Google Play Music and then sign in again. To do this, swipe from the left edge of the screen to the right and select "Settings"> "Google account".
- If you use the streaming service on your PC, you should have installed the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
