In the following practical tip, we will explain how to restore songs that you have already deleted in Google Play Music.
Recover deleted songs in Google Play Music
Music files in Google Play Music can of course also be deleted from the cloud. However, if you want to get your deleted tracks back, follow these instructions:
- Click the gear in the top right corner of the Google Play Music page.
- Select "Trash" from the context menu.
- Here you will find songs that you have already deleted. In the overview, the songs are retained for a further 28 days after the deletion process.
- To bring a song back into the music library, click on the three small dots in the middle next to the song title and select "Restore" there.
- Music from the trash can also be permanently deleted using the title context menu.
