GoToMeeting: Overview of prices and costs

With GoToMeeting you can easily and quickly plan and conduct video and audio conferences. We'll tell you everything about prices and costs.

GoToMeeting Starter

For 24 euros a month or 228 euros a year, you can host up to 10 participants in your meetings. The following functions are available:

• Encrypted VoIP audio connection or telephone dial-in as well as HD video with 11 webcams
• Encrypted screen transmission
• Unlimited number of sessions
• Automatic dialing into conferences via "Call Me" or via the free mobile app
• 24 hour support

GoToMeeting Pro

With the Pro version, all functions of the starter version are available for 36 euros a month or 348 euros a year. However, here you can host 150 participants in your meetings and can establish HD video connections with 25 webcams at the same time.

• Block meetings and specifically invite participants.
• You now have a permanent link so that your participants can save your space.
• You have drawing tools and the option to transfer keyboard and mouse control.
• Use Active Directory and save your recordings indefinitely in the cloud or on the hard drive.

GoToMeeting Plus

The plus variant is the most expensive variant and costs 59 euros a month or 588 euros a year. In addition to the features of the Pro version, you have the option of hosting 250 participants.

• As a special feature you will receive an InRoom Link, with which you can connect GoToMeeting with your video conference room system.
