In our game guide to Grim Dawn we introduce you to the different classes. Furthermore, we show you which hybrid character you get when you combine the different classes.
All standard classes from Grim Dawn
In the main game Grim Dawn, which you can get via the Steam gaming platform, you have the choice between eight different classes. In the meantime, three new classes have been added through the two DLCs "Ashes of Malmouth" and "Forgotton Gods". And since two classes can be combined in spirit as in the previous predecessor (Titan Quest), you get a hybrid class with the skills of both selected classes.
- Arcanist: He works primarily with magic and arcane energy.
- Demolitionist: A ranged fighter who works a lot with traps and explosives.
- Nightblade: Master with two one-handed weapons. Can cast magic spells on his weapons and attack from a distance.
- Occultist: Summons subordinates to fight for him and has spells and curses that work with poison.
- Shaman: likes to fight with a heavy two-handed weapon and takes advantage of destructive forces of nature.
- Soldier: Classic melee with one-handed and shield skills.
- Inquisitor (Ashes of Malmouth DLC): Ranged combatant working with runes and relics.
- Necromancer (Ashes of Malmouth DLC): Summons skeletons and deprives opponents of their life energy.
- Oathkeeper (Forgotten Gods DLC): Similar to the soldier a melee with shield skills, but also has his own divine powers.
