Delete H&M account in the online shop
Unlike many other online shops, there is no function in the user settings of the H&M website that enables you to deactivate your customer account yourself. The only way to have your account permanently deleted is to contact customer service.
- You can request the deactivation of your user account electronically in the form of an email or by post using a letter. Call the contact page of the H&M online shop to get the necessary e-mail address or the address of the customer service.
- When designing the cover letter, make sure that the customer service can already recognize from the subject that you want to have your customer account deactivated. Be sure to include your access data such as your user name, your email address, your first and last name and your address in the cover letter, so that customer service can assign the appropriate customer account to your request.
- Please note that deactivating a user account in the H&M online shop can take up to two weeks. If your account still exists after two weeks, you should contact customer service using the phone number on the contact page.
