- The program may be blocked by your firewall or the anti-virus program. Therefore, switch off both services as a test.
- If Hamachi shows a ping again, we will tell you how you can release the program in the firewall and in your antivirus.
- The network settings on your PC may be incorrect. Open the start menu and type "ncpa.cpl" in the search bar. Confirm with [Enter].
- In the next window, press [Alt] so that the menu bar is visible. Then click "Advanced"> "Advanced Settings" above.
- Mark the entry of Hamachi here and move it to the first position by clicking on the up arrow.
Another solution: Hamachi does not send a ping reinstallation

- Open Revo Uninstaller and double click on Hamachi's entry. Select "Advanced" as the uninstallation method.
- Finally, in the next few steps, uninstall the program. To delete entries in the registry and remaining files, mark all files with "Mark all".
- With a click on "Delete" the files will be deleted.
