How to get towels soft without a dryer
Towels are made of terry cloth, which consists of many small loops. These knot easily and become stiff if they are washed often and dry too quickly. With our simple trick, you can quickly get rough towels soft again. You need 1/2 cup of baking soda, 1 cup of table vinegar and hot water.
- Put the rough towels in a tub.
- Mix baking soda and vinegar and spread everything over the towels.
- Add hot water until the towels are covered.
- Stir well so that the towels are fully soaked. Let them steep for 20 minutes.
- Then wash the towels in the usual program in the washing machine.
- Shake the terry towels well before hanging them up. So they stay fluffy again for a long time.
